How We Got Started

We founded NP Management after noticing a frustrating pattern: excellent Essex businesses were invisible online. Places like Leigh-on-Sea driving range and Sopa Thai offered great service but ranked poorly on Google. Meanwhile, lower-quality competitors with better websites and optimised profiles were getting the customers. We realized most business owners simply didn't have time to manage their online presence properly.

Who We Are

Our team combines experience from data analysis, business development, and finance. Joel and Paul work at the Financial Conduct Authority analysing complex data. Madeline handles business development at Chelmsford College. Luke has qualifications in finance and run a large reselling business. We saw an opportunity to apply our skills to help local businesses compete more effectively online.

What We Built

We studied what actually works for local businesses. After reviewing hundreds of Google profiles, websites, and social media accounts, we identified three services that matter most: Google Business Profile optimisation, professional websites, and consistent social media. We built our business around delivering these three services properly, without the unnecessary extras that most agencies sell.

What We Do Now

We work with high-ticket Essex businesses—law firms, accountants, aesthetics clinics, and premium restaurants. These businesses compete locally, and their online presence directly affects revenue. We help them show up properly on Google, present themselves professionally online, and stay visible to potential customers.

Joel Norris

Co-Founder

Joel leads strategy and operations. As a Data Scientist at the in finance, he applies analytical rigor to complex problems and builds systems that deliver measurable outcomes. He brings data-driven decision-making to digital marketing, identifying what actually improves local rankings and eliminating guesswork. Currently completing a Masters in Data Science and Machine Learning.

Maddie Hamilton

Co-Founder

Maddie manages business development and marketing strategy. As a Business Development Executive at Chelmsford College, she works with local organizations to identify opportunities and build effective partnerships. She brings practical experience in client communication, market positioning, and understanding what drives decision-making for Essex-based businesses..

Paul Pallan

Co-Founder

Paul manages client acquisition and operational frameworks. With a background in data analysis, he specializes in building structured processes and ensuring consistent project delivery. He brings this systematic approach to client relationships at NP Management—handling contracts, managing expectations, and ensuring every deliverable meets the standard promised. His analytical background means he understands both what clients need and how to execute it reliably.

Luke Prior

Co-Founder

Luke manages finance and operational systems. Currently completing his finance qualification, he handles financial planning, pricing strategy, and resource allocation across client projects. He ensures NP Management operates efficiently—tracking costs, managing cash flow, and building systems that scale as the business grows. His focus is making sure the business remains sustainable while delivering consistent value to clients.
